My sister and I wanted to treat ourselves and got a junior suite. The staff were friendly and helped us carry our suitcases to our suite. The bathroom was so clean and beautiful, the pajamas and bathrobes were comfortable. The bed was a little stiff in my opinion but I slept really well regardless. I just wish they had an iron. I’ve went to cheaper hotels that had some so I was a bit surprised. And I’m so glad I read that the drinks in the mini fridge aren’t free! Haha. I almost grabbed a drink but then I read the paper on the desk and realized it’s not free. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The view was great.

It took approximately 10 minutes on foot from the metro station to the hotel. There’s a free shuttle bus between the station and hotel twice in an hour. The lobby cafe is nice for afternoon tea.

英日。東京最高のサービスホテル！The pool and the carriages are too spacious! Excellent! Dinner at Tankuma North！ 'Four Seasons Field Boxes' Bento Kaiseki for outdoor tea ceremonies. (Lunch box with handle). 'Kyoto Tankuma Kita' at Regal Royal Hotel Tokyo. Staff excellent👍. (Four Seasons field lunch box) Three kinds of sashimi and a mah-jou bowl, Nodate box First tier: assorted eight dishes 2) Shabu-shabu grilled salmon with vegetables Assorted tempura Rice with mixed fish, pickles, red miso soup Warabimochi rice cake and sencha green tea！

After staying at the Kyoto & Osaka Rhiga's, my friend and I changed our Tokyo hotel from another one to this Rhiga. We were not dissapointed. Same lovely rooms, oppulent building and great service. Also a nice pleasant 5/10 min walk to Waseda station or you can take the shuttle to another one which is also close. Out of the hustle and bustle, but easily close enough to central Tokyo.

Stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent stay. Fantastic staff, great location, excellent facilities, and a memorable breakfast buffet with delicious miso soup and other Japanese staples. My room had a nice view of St Mary’s Cathedral. I used the bathtub twice and it was very comfy. Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
