This is a good budget hotel in the very center of old town. Every main historical attraction is at walking distance. Also there are nice bars and restaurants around hotel. It is the best place to stay if you visit Riga for a day or two, because you will see all important sightseeings very quickly. Breakfast is also very good, with plenty of options and very good coffee. Rooms are outdated and need to be cleaned more carefully, but everything works OK. There is no problem for luggage storage, before check-in, they have special room for this, so it is safe to store your luggage there.

A very decent hotel with spacious rooms and fine breakfast allocated strictly within Old Town. Arrived early at 9:00am, left late at 6:30pm. Had no problems with leaving my suitcase before check-in and after check-out. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Really high price-quality ratio. Note that the place might get noisy in nights due to pubs open 'till the morning.

Amazing value for price. The hotel is in the center of the old town, so the locatiom is perfect. The staff is professional, the rooms are spacious and clean, and you get everything - from towels to wet wipes for your shoes. The breakfast is also OK.

Room is spacious, though its bit pricey to get the room with the view, but wasnt the perfect room to have the view. Still its was nice. Just no complimentary bottle of water,though its ok to buy. Was offered a card game with prize by the receptionist, i was happy😊for the welcome treat though. Location is perfect, center , close to anything in the old town. Got the breakfast and it was all good.

Omg,such an old place to stay,the furniture, the walls dirty,floor dirty. Were considering moving to another hotel in the last minute The worse hotel i have ever stayed. The breakfast was good. Location is good. Thank you,but no thank you. Im not going back. No one didnt sleep properly as beds were super hard,only one pillow per person. Took some video of the room too

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
