Good distance from the beach, it's an easy downslope walk to the beautiful beach where you can see the waters and mountains. There are many shops available along the street for shoppers. The rooms are great and modern, the toilets are of a very good size and have good facilities. Breakfast is awesome with a lot of eggs and proteins, the is honey and a nice coffee machine

Don’t make the mistake I did by ignoring the bad reviews. This is a strong first for one of the worse hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life and I have been unfortunate enough to stay in some questionable places. Don’t be fooled by the aesthetic pictures, the entire hotel is run down. We was walking around in the dark in our room cause they bulb’s doesn’t work. As for security and stranger from the street can walk in as you don’t need any special card to activate the elevator which leads straight to your room. For a hotel that claims 4 stars it is very dirty . There is a permanent green substance on the shower head which we tried to resolved by buying cleaning products and labouring away on our holiday which made no difference. The breakfast we paid for, for 8 days I’m sure gets left out all year around with almost everything being stale and inedible. Let’s just say we spent half the holiday on the toilet. On arrival we had to sign a disclaimer which stated that missing items was not the hotels responsibility whilst providing us with a safe as big as a shoe box which meant our valuables was up for grabs by staff. My partner took it upon himself to lock up all of our expensive items in his suitcase and thank God he did because by the third day our hotel had been ransacked after a day trip out. With the windrows wide open which we had left it closed, entire furnitures such as draws, beds being moved. We reported this to reception which resolved this by moving us to a smaller, dirtier room with the same permanent green substance on the shower head and a knackered air conditioner which sounded like a car engine. The bedsheets is a thin towel, and the queen size bed we paid for was two singles bed pushed together. Save yourselves the troubles and go elsewhere.

A great location for a hotel, about 10 minutes away from the town and right outside some shops. We stayed here for two nights in two different rooms. The first room had AC that didn’t work but the second room was lovely. Breakfast not the greatest. Service is impeccable but improvements can be made to the hotel generally as it looks older than it should. Very good value though

This place was like faulty towers. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Place must have been done up in recent years however it’s not kept well although pictures on website looks great but experience totally different. Most lights are off around the hotel part from reception. Feels like you are walking trough a dark tunnel.. Breakfast was terrible and restaurant was so hot. No air conditioning. Nothing on the buffet seemed fresh. Tomatoes and salads very warm and slimy as if they were cut from from night before. Water melon was absolutely boiling and serving Turkish tea in a paper cup it’s an insult to Turkish breakfast. It’s totally laziness not to provide proper glass for a tea. When I got the 3rd floor with a lift I was welcomed by a junk yard with full of not used equipment etc. the hall way to my room was absolutely stinking and had dirt marks everywhere. Room itself has a potential to be a decent room however bathroom fan was working like a lombarghini, the lights button for the room was in the middle of headboard so I kept turning the lights on while I’m sleeping. Spa was terrible as sauna & Turkish bath wasn’t even on so you had to wait for the steam room to heat up before you enter. Why would anyone wanna go to a freezing Turkish bath. Place is absolute a dive. Only good thing about this place was lady at reception was very polite and friendly. I would not recommend this place. Avoid

I booked into this hotel on 30th December 2023 and to be honest i wasn't expecting the service both from the staff and the buffet to be as good as it was. The rooms are changed every day including clean sheets and towels .the location is perfect everything you need to do is just outside the hotel. Im here for a few more days and to be honest i have to congratulate the management for running this hotel as a super place to stay . I would not hesitate to recommend ring downtown hotel and spa to anyone wishing to stay here. Andrew Lawler

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
