A fabulous hotel to stay with, staff were very attentive and friendly. The food was delicious, and the outside balcony over looking the river was beautiful. The only issue was no air-conditioning in the room except a little fan to keep us cool and the windows open. Apparently, there are roons with air-conditioning. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Wonderful hotel, our room was tidy and comfortable with a view to the lake. The restaurant has gorgeous interior. I liked breakfast a lot, we were offered to choose from pastry, yogurt with a variety of toppings, eggs with bacon, fruits, veggies and many snacks. Not all personnel in the restaurant speak English, so some basic German may be helpful.

Choosing this hotel would be a stellar decision if disappointment and mediocrity are your preferred travel companions. Airbnb, on the other hand, might actually provide the upgrade you desperately need.

Avoid entering the elevator after 11pm! My parents chose to stay at this hotel for two nights while I live nearby, thinking it was a good option. On the first night, I joined them in the elevator, and to our dismay, we became stuck in complete darkness for 15 minutes because the staff had turned off the elevator without confirming if anyone was inside. We made multiple emergency calls, and my mother even had a panic attack before we were eventually freed. Fortunately, I was present to assist because my parents are not fluent in English or German, making communication impossible for them. Despite expressing our dissatisfaction multiple times, the hotel only offered a meager 10% discount (30€) on the already expensive rate my parents had paid. I never anticipated such poor customer care from a supposedly four-star hotel.

No air-condition, in summer was too hot in the room. But swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast has also various choices and tastes good. Location is nice with lake view and also not far away from bus station and train. After all, recommend but not in summer time.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
