One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the minute to step into this hotel, you are greeted by the most kind and generous front staff. The room itself is gorgeous and clean. Bathroom is amazing! Also have a cute little balcony to enjoy your morning tea. If you are staying in Kyoto, make sure to check this place out because it has been such a dream staying here.

We just finished up a 7 night stay with two adults and a teenager and I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. The location is central, rooms very generous in size, super clean and the staff are amazing. I’ll definitely be back.

This hotel is AMAZING. The staff are all so kind and so helpful and will get you anything you need. The room is a great size and perfect for two people. Not to mention, the street is quiet and the view is so nice. Can’t wait to come back next year!

This place is truly a 5.0! Perfectly located to explore Gion and other areas of lovely Kyoto with very friendly and supportive staff (on a Japan-adapted scale!) Before booking we thought the missing breakfast might be a issue, but on the contrary. Firstly, you have a free Espresso machine on the ground floor to get you going and secondly their are so many option nearby, e.g. just in the same building (although Choshoku Kishin is more an experience that a classical breakfast restaurant).

I have never been to a hotel with such friendly and helpful staff, even within Japan! The rooms were gorgeous and clean and came with every amenity imaginable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped us on numerous occasions with making plans, reserving restaurants, etc. The location is perfect for the Gion district as well, within walking distance of many amazing local restaurants and shops. Cannot recommended enough!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
