        Couldn’t recommend them enough. Room slightly small compared to western standards but still bigger than a lot of Japanese hotel rooms. Facilities were amazing and staff were so helpful. The staff I spoke to spoke enough English that making basic conversation was a simple task. Went above and beyond to help me. Would recommend this hotel any day of the week.

        The room and hotel itself were amazing. The room was masive for Japan standards which was very nice to have and just relax. The location on the other hand..its situated very far away from Kyoto station, which is a 20 min walk, and 10-15 from the closest station which wasn't really that convenient. It's also located right besides a motorway which you can hear a bit from in your room so if that bothers you.. But would a 100% recommend for the price!! The bed was amazing a lot of closet space, bathroom was as clean as could be,... I could go on

        Worst pillows ive ever had, paper thin and caused back ache. Dont clean the room every day, when they did clean they left the door unlocked for hours and wide open putting all our valuables at risk. When we told them they did not care.

        Couldn’t recommend them enough. Room slightly small compared to western standards but still bigger than a lot of Japanese hotel rooms. Facilities were amazing and staff were so helpful. The staff I spoke to spoke enough English that making basic conversation was a simple task. Went above and beyond to help me. Would recommend this hotel any day of the week.

        The room was huge, clean and well equipped. It's a bit far from the center but as long as you don't mind taking buses it's easy to move around. Otherwise, going to the metro takes a 12min walk. The only downside is that no breakfast is possible at the hotel and it's a bit difficult to find something in the direct area.
