There are hotels of different levels in Rinn. This one is not the most luxurious but it is still worth staying. Add points: It is equipped with a kitchen and recommends tourists to go to nearby supermarkets to buy local ingredients; It takes time to fill the hot spring with hot water, but it is still a great outdoor bathing experience; There is a Japanese room on the second floor. Deduction points: As soon as you step through the door, you are greeted by a lobby with a stone floor, which is relatively strange and feels very close to the outside of the street. There seems to be no wifi Note: All Rinn Hotel check-ins are located near Kyoto Station (check the official website for instructions). Staff there will arrange a car to take passengers to the hotel. There are different classes of motel under Rinn, this is not the top but still worth to try. Positive: With kitchen, recommend tourists to buy local food from supermarket and cook The outdoor spa tubs take time to fill full, but is very good outdoor spa experience especially in winter. Improvement: The living room is too close to the main door (Once you step in is already the living room) and it is stone floor. Probably has no wifi. Notes: All Rinn hotels check in is in the Rinn counter near Kyoto Station (Follow the instruction in their website) The staff will arrange taxi after check in

The house is filled with the fragrance of wood, and the small kitchen has an electric pot, induction cooker, and microwave, which is suitable for supermarket shopping and cooking. The semi-open-air bath is excellent, but the locks on the door and windows are a bit insecure! !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
