I met the reception only once when check-in. He's alright. He could speak a little English but no problem. We misunderstood a lot when it comes to communication via in room note. Their policy is good. Our room got cleaned up once in 3 days based on eco-saving style. I liked that. The location is very nice. There's a laundry room and microwave on the first floor. Loved the hot toilet seat and tatami mat floor. The only minus point here is the bathroom. The water was hard to get hot or warm. I had to shower after 9pm often during the stay and since then on, the water was very cold and hard to get it into hot or warm. It was very unpleasant. It can be that the hotel itself is quite old so the water system is like that but still.. We stayed for 4 nights.

We loved staying here. Staff were so friendly and spoke some great but minimal English. Room was clean, cosy but enough space to relax. Has laundry and microwave on level 1. We had a beautiful towel swans for our anniversary! It was great value for money.

2 nights and 3 days from 8.24 to 8/26 Stayed as a couple The appearance and room are clean and well-maintained. Even if there is no waste, you still have what you need. The futons are super clean and the room wear feels luxurious. It's a pity that the windows are adjacent to each other. It's nice to go outside and take a walk while looking at the old shopping street and the babbling willows of Shirakawa. There are many shops and convenience stores where you can enjoy meals. Good access There are also bus stops near Higashiyama Subway Station and the station. Great location for sightseeing This time I went to Kyoto Station by bus. After having breakfast at Ogawa Coffee Take the Kyoto bus to Ohara Sanzen-in and Jakko-in, then take the bus to Hanazono-bashi, transfer to Ginkaku-ji, walk along the Philosopher's Path, go to Heian Shrine, and go to Yasaka Shrine.The matchmaking heart-shaped votive tablets are also cute.Walk to the inn. From now on too, please Stay in Suzu Shirakawa Minami, which has good access. I want to enjoy Kyoto thank you for helping me I'm really thankful to you From Ikebukuro 11.22

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
