Over all the hotel is okay. The other reviews are accurate describing that it could use some updating and improving the wifi. However - the location is very unsafe for tourists. We got robbed right in front of the hotel. Around 5pm/6pm coming from the beach shirtless or in bathing suits - groups of young teenagers (maybe 30 total?) would run on the streets causing chaos, we didn't know the first day what was happening, one stole my brothers necklace from the back. The next day around the same time, they spotted us right away and started to run towards us - we asked a local to walk us to the door of the hotel. DONT WEAR ANY JEWELRY / WATCHES / BRAND NAMES. We were told to not go out at night, so we didnt, but this was happening in later afternoon when the sun was still out. Be extra cautious in this area.

I stayed on the fifth floor, in a double room for 2 days. First of all, the price is great for the location. Breakfast was also pretty good, wide range available. Air-con also works amazingly! However, I did have few issues. One being the elevator buttons are tiny and worn out which is quite hard to navigate. 2. The windows are not the most sound proof much and as they’re also connected to the other rooms with small gaps. 3. Personally I didn’t really feel connection with the team, didn’t seem to be greeting with a smile or pleasure at all. Regardless, thank you for the service and my stay.

Couple of things to say - we booked this hotel BECAUSE of the swimming pool but when we arrived we were advised that it was under repair, hence we could not use it and not even go there (same for the gym and the sauna - none of these services were available). Additionally we were charged for requesting for hot water for our consumption, even more than it costs a beer. Lastly, when we were about to do check out, they did not have change, and requested us to pay by credit card - we refused, since we have cash and wanted to use it, and they even asked us to "go buy something to get change". Eventually they ended up giving us less change but allowing us to pay in cash. Location is great, rooms are fine - even though they forgot to do room service once, and I complained. I will not come back nor recommend this hotel.

First of all we arrived and pay 240 reales cause we arrived an hour early …… and they won’t keep our luggage…… Room was awesomely big, super old, humid with a broken sauna and Mouldy air conditioner 🫣! Room didn’t even have smoke detector alarm! The worst part was breakfast price 45 reales ….. better go out across the hotel street and get nice warm food for only 20 reales !!!!! The only good thing was the pool and views from terrace !!!! Need investment in that place!!! Food is too basic for the asking price !

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
