My husband and I had a fantastic few days here all inclusive. Lovely accommodation in mini bungalows. A couple of niggles with it but promptly addressed when we let reception know. The food was excellent, good variety. We also used the American themed restaurant, there is also an Italian themed restaurant. All areas were clean and tidy. Pools a little cold, could do with being heated in December. Staff were polite and helpful. Entertainment was very good. Will definitely be coming back.

Stayed here the end of November we were very pleasantly surprised. Rooms were spotless, food was plentiful and great variety and variation. Entertainment staff were excellent and worked hard. Olympic pool was lovely yes a little walk to the bar but it was nice to have a little wander. We would certainly go back

Two days into our stay and so far, I just can’t fault the site. Excellent check in, rooms are good and located perfectly to be quiet. The site is exceptionally well organised, clean and tidy. Paper cups for the pools, staff constantly cleaning, it’s just a shame some people think it’s below them to put their own rubbish in the bin but staff are on it! The food exceeded expectations. The quality and range has been great. I am dairy free (other allergies too) and every night the chef walks round with me telling me what I can eat, so pleased and so much I can actually eat! Drinks are good, no complaints. Nice walk into Playa Blanca.

Staff were good but not enough of them at the bar areas. Food average and limited salad selection. Toilet paper had to go in bins. Superior room was spacious. Without hot water for three days despite reporting on the first day. There is a good small beach 10 minutes walk away. It’s only a two-three star hotel. Falls way short of its official rating. I wouldn’t go there again.

Better than expected, reception staff excellent, rooms are amazing, clean and tidy. The resort is very good, so much for all ages. Kids are loving the swimming pools and food. Staff are excellent. Had a problem with the bathroom window, member of staff walked with us to the room and sorted it out straight away, absolutely fantastic. If u want to have a great holiday and just relax, this is the place to be. Close to the beach or even just chill at the pool.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
