We spent the week between Christmas and New Year’s at the hotel. The pros of this hotel are first and foremost the location and the view especially if you have a front facing room. The rooftop pool is amazing however it’s quite small for the size of the hotel and can get easily overwhelmed. The hotel offers free chairs and umbrellas on the beach but again the amount they have available for the number of guest is inadequate. If you’re not out there early, it’s difficult to get one. There is a breakfast buffet included with the room that can be described as adequate. Security does a good job of keeping non-guests out of the hotel. All of the staff were very friendly. The workout room in the basement is above average for a hotel like this. The major downside is that the rooms really need to be refreshed. The balcony door did not close securely, and the air conditioner has a hard time keeping up on a hot day. The view from our room for the New Year’s Eve fireworks was unbelievable!

Very nice hotel, with friendly staff. The building is a bit old, but that's standard for sun destinations like Rio. Beachfront location is really convenient. Rooms are reasonably priced. Overall great experience, thank you.

Don’t waste your money here!! I was staying in literally the master suite here at this hotel, and I was not impressed at all. From the very first day, I walked in water, was pouring from the ceiling of my room To them not having all the correct information of the amenities listed on their website, The gym is closed and doesn’t even work. I play music and the piano in my room Is one of the reasons why I chose this room and it doesn’t even work! The customer service is absolutely unprofessional. I chose this place because I thought the reviews were good, but to be honest, I regret spending my money here. There are so many other hotels on the beach of Copacabana. I will never again come to this hotel, if the service is going to continue to be like this. Absolutely unprofessional. Don’t waste your money here!!!

Awesome location, ok breakfast but it gets boring after 2 weeks. Staff are friendly but the hotel is a bit dated and more like 3 stars and not 4 star accommodation. Biggest issue was the single glazed patio door on room that had no lock and had a huge gap in it when closed so you could hear everything outside which meant hardly a decent nights sleep in 2 weeks. The sink and shower plug holes also took ages to drain after using them.

Highly overrated and overpriced place for the type of rooms advertised and what we received. As a frequent international traveler. Rooms are old, no modern usb plugs. Bathrooms are old. Smart TV with no connectivity. This hotel needs a revamp. Breakfast, basically serving the same food daily. No hot variety.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
