Have just returned from an amazing stay ate the Rio Real Golf Hotel. The service from start to finish was brilliant. The whole team , from the security staff, receptionists, managers, cleaning staff etc were brilliant. The hotel is lovely and quiet ( only 30 , very lovely rooms ) and the location is away from all the touristic noise of Marbella. The hotel itself is immaculate. Really well done and honestly has the best shower we have experienced in all our years of travel ! We are super excited to see what their new beach club will be like ! Thanks to the whole team and look forward to visiting again very soon. Rachel and Craig

Celebrated my special birthday at this hotel, cannot say enough good things - Angela was amazing, very friendly, super customer focused, helpful and driven to make this experience the best it could be …. Rooms, great, golf outstanding, Frank the pro was helpful for lessons … loved every minute we will for sure be back …❤️❤️❤️

I played the golf course on November 12th 2023 and it was a terrible experience. The course itself was in good condition but what really let it down was the fact there were no course marshals or anyone at all to check what was happening on the course. It took 5.5 hours for me to play a round of golf in buggies teeing off in the morning. Each of us in our group separately attempted to point out what I believe to be a very common issue at this golf course with slow play and no marshals on the course to rectify the situation and the staff we each spoke to separately simply did not want to know about it. I would not come to this golf course again because of the attitude of the staff and because of how unprofessionally I feel this course conducts its business. I did not feel welcome or like a valued customer at all. I would choose other courses nearby over this one who charge the same rates but are run in a far more efficient manner and care far more about the experience of their customers.

Every time I play Rio Real Golf Course it seems to get better and better! I love the course and the people are so helpful and friendly. As always, the course itself was in magnificent condition. The greens were fabulous and the bunkers beautifully prepared and cared for. It's always a pleasure to play this course, my favorite course within 45 mins of where we stay. Top Marks Again Rio Real!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
