The stay was great. The location is perfect - close to the center, yet not too loud. The rooms are cozy, well-kept and have air conditioning. There is a coffee machine in the hall. Teresa is a lovely person, she helped us with transport to the airport. It was a really great stay, we will definitely come back! Highly recommend!

Small, very comfortable, welcoming place in a good location, not busy, yet close to the action. My room was extremely comfortable -- the AC was very effective, which was great because Rome was in the midst of a rather formidable heat wave. All in all, highly recommended.

Room was very clean and spacious the receptionist was nice but please do not recommend greenline hop on hop off bus service to your customers it's crowded and takes longer to arrive compared to other buses that are around. Location is great but i had so much difficulty finding the place on my first day and other people had to help me try to find place try to put a signage at the entrance if you can.

If you care anything about Customer Service or having a business respect your patronage this might not be the place for you. We had an cancelled flight and after paying in full we requested an adjustment. No one ever answers the phone, or responds to emails. They have limited front desk staff so if u need something there’s no guarantee you’ll get assistance. I can’t see how they can operate that way.... what is the guests have an emergency. They were very rude. There are better options.... with full time staff that will actually be helpful

Just checked in two hours ago. Only positive emotions. Receptionist even went outside to meet me (to make sure I won't get lost 🙈). Great roomy enough for two room with big bathroom. Everything is perfectly clean. Heat and AC is controled by remote

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
