Might have been an Okay-ish accommodation some years ago but now the rooms look really worn out and could use some maintenance. The wall paper is falling apart and full of cracks, light bulbs need replacement, there is no heating in the bathroom neither hangers for the towels and so on and sofort. I have stayed in youth hostels for a third of the price that were in a much better condition. Definitely not recommending neither staying again :( At least the location was great though!

I visited Rome with my sister's family and they opted to stay at Hotel Locarno around the corner. I could not afford that hotel, so I did a search for hotels nearby and found Ripetta Relais. I absolutely loved staying here. It was clean, comfortable, and I thought it was fun and more local experience to stay behind the coded door. I had access to the hotel owners/managers via WhatsApp and they kindly answered questions not just about my stay but about tourist attractions as well. I did not find the walk up cumbersome as I was walking 8-9 miles a day in Rome, anyway. For the price, I found this hotel to be an incredible find.

Friendly accommodating staff, very comfortable bed, spacious bubble bath. Everything I was looking for in a hotel room! Breakfast isn't bad either.

Amazing B&B in the center of Rome. Staff was super helpful and kind and the room was fantastic. Great shower and jacuzzi. Every major attraction is within walking distance, making this one of Rome’s best places to rest while you visit the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
