Stayed here with my friend, we loved the room, spotlessly clean, close to restaurants, the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Henry arranged our transport to ninh binh smoothly and hassle free. Their service always include a smile, good variety of breakfast menu. I will be back in this hotel next year with family.

Great place to stay for short period in Hanoi. We stayed one night on our way from Ha Giang to Danang. The desk is open 24/7 so we were able to checkin at 3am without a problem. The hotel is on a relatively quiet street so not a lot of noise inside. The rooms were clean and the bed was good. They offer breakfast with the stay and the breakfast was very very good. They have some standard options but also a separate menu where you can get Pho, pancakes, French toast etc. Great choice! The hotel staff can also book a taxi to the airport for you for 300k. We chose the bus so the guy at the desk gave us directions on how to find it. Overall, very positive.

Great location in the old quarter. Room was pretty quiet, which was an improvement over the last place we stayed. Bed was comfortable. They set us up with a car to the airport for a very reasonable price. Overall very satisfied with the experience.

It's okay if you're here just stay for one night. We stayed here because we're going to catch a 7am flight next day. Saw some black stains on the sheets but I was too tired to call the receptionist to change the sheet or other room. However it is a cheap and affordable hotel, you get what you pay for.

It's a luxurious hotel with a great breakfast. We are enjoying the hotel facilities. Mostly i enjoyed the chicken noodle soup, It was very tasty and healthy.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
