I have made a reservation but unfortunately my husband got sick and hospitalized just before getting there. The hotel was of no help at all , not giving any options but losing all the money that we spent of a vacation that we never did. They simply didn't care at all. They could have at least offered a voucher or changing dates. Completely careless. I am very disappointed for the level of customer care. We felt like numbers and expected a bit of empathy that never came. The hotel might be great but just if you make it.

Very pleased with our stay. Reception staff were friendly. Safe area, comfortable room, really good breakfast, awesome views from the rooftop pool, the BEST bolinho de queijo (we ordered constantly) and everything we ordered at dinner was AMAZING. The waiter at dinner was the best. He made recommendations and was very helpful. The chef even greeted us. Super glad we stayed here.

We had a great stay thanks to Shirley and the crew! Rooms were v good with good air con and a great shower! Beds comfy. Breakfast was fantastic and the hotel even helped us get tickets for the football. It's right by Copacabana and a short walk to the nicer Ipanema beach. Metro also right by or can get your Uber from right outside. Felt like they could do more with the pool at the top and bar area but only a small space plus you just end up on the beach or in the local bars. Happy experience.

My girlfriend and I were very unimpressed by this hotel and were very happy to leave at end of our reservation. ● the lobby of the hotel is very dark and uninviting. ●the rooms look as the pictures show except they're much darker and uninviting and there are no drawers to put your clothes in if you have an extended stay. ●the staff make you feel very unwelcomed and almost like you're a burden to them by being there. The front desk staff seem very fake and insincere when they speak to you. You feel unwelcome even when you go to breakfast in the restaurant due to the unfriendly or neutral stares by staff. Special mention to one room service staff member that was very friendly and welcoming. ● our shower head was a waterfall type but sprayed in directions ●the bathroom is designed poorly. Shower door opens into the shower and you have to sneak between it and the wall to get in the shower. The faucet for the sink is behind and below the sink which is inconvenient. ●the swimmimg pool closes at 5pm so if you're out past that time, dont look forward to unwinding poolside. We dreaded going back to Ritz everyday after our outings. In the end, we rented a car and found ourselves another hotel to stay in for the last two days and we had a fabulous time there, confirming that it's the bad energy from the hotel that was really affecting us. At the end we returned only to grab our suitcases and immediately checkout. Under no circumstances will we recommend this hotel to anyone we care about, not even people we might not be fond of.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
