Spacious room, very modern and clean. Lovely bathroom. Balcony was small and only had 1 seat. Pool area was gorgeous with music, bar, jets and waterfalls. Staff were friendly and allowed us to take kitchen bowls to our room for breakfast, and provided multiple free bottles of water per day. 10 minute walk to main town centre, all on pavements.

The kids are spacious, and comfortable. The swimming pool was awesome, with a bar next to it. They even propose a massage service next to it. The hotel is also very close to the night market, where you can enjoy lovely food with family and friends.

Light and airy rooms with a/c. Clean and clear stairwell (useful for those who don't like lifts). Good pool area with bar. Breakfast options disappointing with no bananas and only instant coffee.

Exterior of the hotel was dated but rooms were pretty clean and new. Location was great - just a short walk along the river to the Krabi Night Market. Enjoyed the pool bar's playlist and the vibe at night. Very thankful to the friendly bartender, who was so thoughtful. Offered our family a mosquito repellent spray to ward away the mozzies at night. :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
