Absolutely delighted to share my fantastic experience at the River Palace Hotel in Roma! From the moment I was greeted with a warm smile at the door by Mr. David, I knew this was going to be a special stay. First and foremost, the prices at this hotel are incredibly reasonable, especially considering the outstanding quality it offers. The rooms surpassed all expectations – immaculately clean, well-appointed, and equipped with thoughtful amenities, including a safe for peace of mind. Each morning, I looked forward to the complimentary breakfast, which was an absolute breeze with its healthy options and beautiful presentation. The lobby, with its inviting atmosphere and included bar, provided the perfect place to relax and unwind. Overall, my experience at the River Palace Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a wonderful stay in Roma. Five stars all the way! I forgot to add they make the best cappuccino ❤

My travel agent highly recommended this hotel and said it was very close to tourist sites. We didn't agree as I'm not a great walker. We found the room to be incredibly small and very little space for our luggage. We had to leave our larger bags either in the bathroom or in front of the door. Under the bed storage would be a good idea with such a small room. Having two pieces of luggage and a personal item bag meant there was no space to move around. The bathroom was nicely appointed but the shower was so small that my toes would fall into the drain when I would shampoo my hair and when I'd turn around I'd brush against the water control and get ice cold water because the handle stuck out so far. The big saving grace to the River Palace Hotel was the front desk female staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and their English was great. The guys weren't quite as good but they weren't bad. We really liked the breakfast! Well laid out and great items to choose from.

We had a lovely stay here. The rooms are small but comfortable. And spotlessly clean. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really lovely, one of the best I've had at a small hotel. It's in a great location and I think reasonably priced. I would recommend. Although I would suggest a travel kettle and mugs. The roo.s do have a fridge .

We enjoyed excellent service by the font desk staff. Our room was in a lovely interior courtyard but the room was two stories, bathroom on entry and a spiral staircase lead to the bedroom. The very steep staircase made it almost impossible to carry luggage to the bedroom. The location is a block and a half from the Piazza del Popolo, not exactly the best IMHO.

Our travel agent recently booked River Palace for our family when she found many other hotels in the area were already booked. Since we have returned home, we told her that this was a wonderful hotel that she should put on the top of her list for future bookings. Our family of four, with two adult children, and also our two elderly parents stayed here while in Rome. The staff was exceptional. The rooms were beautiful and the breakfast was fantastic. The hotel was in a quiet area very conducive for walking. It was a short walk to all of the sites, but for my elderly parents we did get cabs. In the hotel every employee we came in contact with was helpful, demonstrated an excellent work ethic, and was very welcoming. They provided excellent dinner recommendations and made reservations for us when needed. Next time in Rome, we will be staying with them for sure!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
