Stayed 3 nights. Rooms are nice. Perfect location. Quiet at night. Very short walking distance to night market, and ancient city. Lots of eateries within reach. Downside is room cleaning service was poor. On 2 separate afternoons, we went back to hotel room at 2.30pm, both our rooms were not cleaned yet. As we needed to bathe and rest due to extreme hot weather outside, our rooms ended up not cleaned up but we managed to ask for new bath towels.

Great little place, close to old town (literally on top of it) and with a lovely view of the river. A little bit noisy at night as the night market is literally on the corner and windows are not very noise dampening. We also had a power cut which meant sleeping with open windows as the air conditioning didn't work and the room faced an open block of space so heated up very quickly. Also my bathroom window was out onto the main street/car park and whilst I'm sure noone could actually see anything, having a shower felt a bit risque. The staff were lovely, breakfast was good, mostly Vietnamese fare and a few assorted other things. The lemon juice was fantastic, and they make eggs however you wanted. Also has a pool.

Very attentive staff, always willing to help. Location excellent right on the river, and within walking distance of the old town, the bars and restaurants. Rooms were nice, with a little balcony to overlook the river. Great place to stay!

Located in a quiet corner, overlooking the river, near the ancient old town Free breakfast was good Room was ok, simple, clean, nothing to complain about. Two 500ml bottles of water provided everyday Didn’t explore the pool, but looks good

Room sizes are really big.. excellent hospitality, special mention to the receptionist Ms.Dat who was really kind and guided us on the places to visit in Hoi An.. it's on the perfect location as well, just 2 mins walk from the lantern boat ride.. highly recommended place for stay at Hoi An

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
