Just Inn Hotel in Tbilisi exceeded our expectations during our first visit to the city. With exceptional cleanliness, reasonable prices, and friendly staff, particularly Kiti, we felt welcomed and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely choose Just Inn Hotel again on our next trip. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel for a week and below are my observations: 👉Pros • Incredibly friendly staff, the girl at the reception is beyond praise💛 • Also incredibly friendly waiters, cleaners, bartenders, and the guys who work in the lobby, these people are the real soul of the hotel • The hotel is clean and comfortable, also on the top floor there is a terrace with an incredible view of the city, you can also use this place for work if you need • The room is stylishly decorated • Location is perfect for exploring the city • Room cleaning takes place every day • If you need an iron or something else, the employees can quickly bring it from the reception 👉Cons: • The balcony door did not open well, I highlighted it to call the master, but there were no further actions • The curtains in the room need to be updated, as traces of a burnt cigarette are visible • The balcony is dirty and a lot of dust, I think it's better to clean it at the same time when the room itself is cleaned • Divorces are visible on the carpet in the common corridor, most likely the impression will be better if they are removed or the carpet is replaced • There was a very strong smell in the bathroom, perhaps the ventilation is not working properly

The hotel is quite nice. It has a perfect location in the city, in the Arabic district. It's not far from most of the sights. The room isn't big, but in general it's ok for 3 stars. Good and modern refurbishment, nice view if your window and balcony face the river. There is no laptop table in the room, and the ergonomics are lame. You have to use the air conditioning to warm up the room. There's a hygienic shower; the "classic" shower cabin doesn't keep the water in. The staff are polite, no problems with them at all. WI-FI works well, about 5-10 Mbit. Breakfast is good. Hot dishes, boiled eggs, sour cream, cottage cheese, yoghurt, salads, various sweets, all with a bit of variety from day to day. However, I'm not sure if all the breakfast food is halal. Anyway, it's impossible to warm-up your own food at the evening. The bar on the top floor is expensive; one day it was noisy.

It was a nice and good place, but the breakfast options were too poor and the beds were not comfortable since there were two single beds which they put them next to each other and provided as a king bed, the line between two beds were just annoying. Apart from these disadvantages they surprised me and my husband with bringing ice cream with cake as a gift for our marriage. We registered our marriage in Georgia two days after our stay in the hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
