Rooms were clean and there was no noice coming from outside. A fridge would have been nice. Location was okay, not too long of a walk from the center. I liked that it had a big back yard. Pool was dirty and had green water. Food was very tasty. Staff was friendly.

If you are planning to stay here, be prepared to shower with dribbling water. 💧 upon asking reception, his answer was it’s a usual problem here with water. I had to actually boil water using kettle and request a pail from the reception. And use a container to scoop and shower. Otherwise air conditioning is good. Room was dusty, not spacious. If you plan to just sleep and go as transit then ok. Not recommended for family with kids.

What a lovely person is Ms.Ida, owner of Riverra Inn Langkawi. She treats guests as family members with more love and affection. She is a gem of a person. I stayed in this property for 3 days along with my family. Had a good time, location was quite convenient, very quiet. They provide decent breakfast buffet. Changed my room when there was an issue with air con noise. Good part is you can visit Night Market which will be setup within walkable distance from this hotel. Will prefer to choose this property if you are visiting with family and kids as this place is more secure and safe. My next visit i would definitely prefer to stay here because of the humble hospitality of Ms.Ida and hotel team members.

Booked a room with two queen beds. There is a green area in the back of building and also a small pool. However, there’s is no fridge inside the room. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Not much to expect when it is MYR 110 per night.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
