I don’t know I’m pretty easy to please when it comes to hotels. The dude at the front desk was super friendly, and it was genuine. It’s in a pretty decent location to the airport and the neighborhood didn’t feel unsafe or anything like that. The place was built pretty quality I didn’t see anything that was like rundown or falling apart which frequently happens in Southeast Asia. My flight left the next day really late and they let me stay past checkout time for like 25% of the cost of the room which I thought was a good deal and really nice. I took a star off for the Hellraiser mattress that I had to sleep on. Sleeping sitting up in a Humvee in Iraq was more comfortable than that bed.

Very nice building. Honestly room , and all infrastructure is not for 4 star. Very small room,very poor breakfast. Nothing else be side just room. Only thing i want to say thank you staff for very helpful. 🙏🙏 For sure not come back.

I give less stars because the location is not so good for making tours. The employees at reception are super nice and helpful (we mostly talked to the male, so I have a better judgement of him). He asked us our plans in the city during those days and gave us a local contact (English speaking), offering tours almost half the price to the ones you can find on internet. Besides, he was giving us many ideas about restaurants, places to go etc. The room is quite good, with everything you need during your stay.

Firstly this hotel is located far away from tourist attractions like 5kms so choose if you want to relax or some official or business work is fine. The hotel is very good with courtesy staff. Good buffet breakfast. Room service in terms of cleaning was good. We had couple of issues and thus giving it one star less. The fridge was not working, the washroom door was locking, the AC was not well cooling since it's Feb weather was good managed with AC. For breakfast they Keep the same menu everyday gets boring if you're a long stay. We took the biggest room on the 11th floor Overall very good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
