Paper thin walls and doors, for the price I expected better sound proofing efforts. Bathroom door was squeaky. We were put in a room right across from the stairs with a door that was also attached to another room so we could hear a lot of noise from that room as well. If you can sleep through anything this place is fine. If you are a sensitive sleeper, stay away and save your money. Customer service was good, however I was told I would receive a call when the room was ready and I never did. We especially loved the lady who runs the convenience store in the lobby. She was so sweet and friendly, was a pleasure to chat with.

Nice walkable location, lovely pool. Boathouse and Oyster bar had great food. However we found the rooms to be unacceptably dirty—the kind of dirt arising from longstanding neglect in hotels that are long overdue for renovations. We are used to 4 and 5 star hotel cleanliness standards; this was Motel 6-level grunge. We moved to a “newer” tower room and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom was caked with a mind-boggling amount of dust. We had planned to return in May but are now rethinking where we will stay. Overall a disappointing experience except for the food and pool which were quite nice.

Location is spectacular but that's where it ends. We stayed in the tower with a balcony suite overlooking the river. Very nice view but the room itself was a disgrace for the nearly $400/night price tag. In dire need of a remodel. Several outlets, USB ports, and lights did not work. Pillows....the absolute worst...It seemed they were smaller than a standard size pillow and lacked any stuffing. We asked for additional pillows and bed linens thinking maybe it was a fluke. Nope, same pillows and scratchy linens. Employees were all friendly

You can not find a better location for a hotel in downtown Fort Lauderdale than this one. It's not on the beach, but it is in the heart of all of the restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. And let's not forget it sits right on the canal next to a water taxi stop, making it easy to get to many other places. As a side note, there is no better place to watch the annual boat parade from than here. The staff is warm, friendly, and attentive. We were really impressed by them from start to finish. You won't find better authentic service. Note: The one exception to this is Michael at the front desk. He's awful but seems to be a complete anomaly. Thus hotel is a great value. We would definitely stay here again.

Very pleased with our stay between Christmas and New Years. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays and the front desk team were very friendly at check-in. The room itself was spotless and very comfortable for our 2 night stay. Lots of eating options both in the hotel or a very short walk away. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
