What an enjoyable stay at the Riverside Impression Villa! Great hospitality and service each day from the two lovely receptionists. They coordinated daily excursions and outings that made our trip memorable. The breakfast was also amazing and they cleaned our room everyday. Highly recommend to anyone who is traveling with kiddos to stay at this lovely place.

Beautiful location. Certainly can't complain about the view, proximity to the market or lovely swimming pool. Overall great atmosphere. A little trouble with the AC/Bathroom but the hosts were quick to fix the issue & we're kind/welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was tasty. Would recommend.

We stayed here as a family for 6 nights in the 2 bedroom villa. We love this place! It has a beautiful pool and terrace space to relax in, all of the charm and ambiance to make our holiday perfect. The staff were lovely and incredibly helpful. We hope to come and stay here again in the near future.

The best feature of this premises is the staff, who are friendly and helpful. The location is quite good, about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Hoi An. Room was big and bright and clean. The terrace, pool and gardens are lovely, and it backs on to the river. Breakfast was good, except the coffee didn't taste like coffee and the tea was cold. Internet was good. I would stay here again.

The staff really looked after our family and we’re interested in us. The room was simple and clean. The pool was clean and functioning and breakfast was good. Excellent family stay with no fuss facilities and welcoming staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
