The online booking service is good, very fast response from the front desk which is open for 24h, the location is great and not very far from Pasarsenen train station. Staffs are friendly. My issues were about my room. It's fairly clean, but nothing is working properly. the AC is not cooling, which is bad considering how hot Jakarta is. so I spent my night sweating most of the time. the mini fridge also isn't working. the room is quite dark because there's very low lighting.

Stay there during new year season! The hallway to the room was clean! Love it but troublesome when booking Gojek as driver tend to follow the map and make a huge round. Do be careful especially at night when walking to/from alpha mart! There must be a reason for them to close the main lobby gate!

Good place. There is a bus stop (halte) in front of the hotel which you can use to ride a bus to move around. The train station is just 5 min away driving. A lot of street food hawkers near the hotel. Convenient stores are also available nearby. The receptionist is available 24/7 so if you want to check out early morning, not a problem.

There's no body will assist your luggage upon the check in, only one reception stand by in the lobby, room quite enough for standard size, but cleanliness and maintenence should be improve, starting from the corridor was dirty, even I was found hair on the bed and floor is dirty, also mold smell on the bathroom, and the other thing, I was requesting breakfast during the check in, reception said their staff will be deliver your breakfast into your room, but nobody was delivering my breakfast, overall this hotel rate will be match just for the location, but their service should be improve. The conclusion overall this hotel value just for the great location.

Good hotel, friendly staff, service was okay, room is spacious and great but important the Wi-Fi at the hotel it’s not reliable it disconnects every few minutes and the fridge doesn’t work in any of the rooms, the location it’s not the best for going outside to walk but it’s near malls and easy to transport in car!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
