Very nice hotel and great service. Amazing design with the high ceilings. WiFi is a bit slow, but like everywhere in Kazakhstan. Good location and East accessible.

The Rixos resort chain consistently delivers an exceptional and unexpectedly high level of service, just as one would expect. However, it is worth noting that at times, the language barrier caused by the English proficiency of the hotel staff may pose a challenge when it comes to effective communication.

Whenever I visit Almaty I always make it a point to stay at the Rixos. The building is impressive, the decor is beautiful and the service is world class. The garden area in the centre of the building is an awesome place to have a drink, light meal or just having a chat with friends.

All of the upgrades seem to have been done on the lobby & the executive suites. We requested a standard room & were told not available at booking. Was given a duplex suite which had creaky steep stairs which were trips about to happen. When asked for standard, we were offered the standard at the price of a suite. Housekeeping was the worst - multiple calls to get additional blankets. Neighbors room service tray stayed out for more than 24hrs & there were enough hotel staff moving around but didn’t take the effort to pick it up. Tea cups never washed in my room & rooms was not vacuumed & bed wasn’t made crisp till 2 days later when I complained to the manager. The spa doesn’t smell like a spa, there are candle stands but no candles, no music, no relaxing atmosphere just a facility. The Turkish hammam is beautiful architecturally and the tiles but doesn’t actually smell great. The lobby and the courtyard is the only highlight. The manager upgraded to a suite upgraded at the end of the stay - only that room was worth 400+$. The pastry store closes & I found that weird.

Great hotel in a great location however I need to mention the exceptional outstanding concierge service that was offered by their guest services team (marina and alnura). Everything I asked for from reserving restaurants, drivers and other was done perfectly without any mistakes!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
