t was our first stay in the hotel, since we came into lobby concierge is welcoming with big smile and directly helping us for the luggage’s. At the reception all the staff are helpful and friendly, Russian speaker manager helping us for the check in and out protocols. Foods are good especially sea foods and grills. Service is good. Thanks we will come back again.

While the arrived we had nice welcoming with drink. At the Reception amazing service. Arman was very polite and friendly. Concierge same Qurans helping for everything. We are very satisfied with the time spent here because the service, quality, view, room and cleanliness were impressive. We spent amazing time in the beach and pool and restaurants.

The welcoming when I arrived at reception was incredible. The staff were very helpful and really made check in very easy. The restaurants are fantastic, both the food and service were amazing. The room was great, the standard room was very big and comfortable, and was very comfortable. Concierge were very caring and helpful with our bags and needs

Hotel is new we like the rooms. At the long every day piano playing lively very nice. Hotel has Russian speakers in reception very polite and helpful. Concierge is helpful and very friendly. Foods okey. Room is very comfortable and view was amazing. We will come back.

Wow! Everything was perfect. The room was impeccable, and I particularly enjoyed the view from my room. The hotel's breakfast was excellent, and the coastline was stunning. I stayed for six nights, and it was one of the most memorable stays in Abu Dhabi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
