        We stayed at The Rixos on the Palm end of January 2024. The weather was perfect for us and our little 3 month old baby girl. The location is right on the top edge of the palm so therefore it’s super private with its own long beach, 4 pools (1 adult only, 2 kid friendly non-alcoholic and 1 with a swim up bar). The hotel in general is very quiet and relaxing. There is a separate kids club and pool, which looks a lot of fun for the kids and attentive staff. For us we chose the quiet pool near the seafood restaurant and a stand out for us was a secluded little section at the back (photo attached) and one of the staff members Nelson. We saw Nelson each day and he was very attentive, making sure we had plenty of refreshments and bringing a great energy and friendly personality. The staff definitely elevate the experience. The only room for improvement is in the hotel rooms themselves. They’re clean and well attended but could do with a revamp just to keep up with the rest of the hotel.

        Can't fault the place. For an all inclusive the food and drinks are excellent as are the staff who are very friendly and attentive. The food and service in the restaurants is excellent and the drinks selection is great, lots of cocktails to choose from and a good selection of premium spirits and multiple beers. The place is spotlessly clean and even our basic room was large with both a bath and shower. The beach area was clean and there was good service on the beach and by the pool. It's located at the far end of the palm so a bit of a distance to get off the palm but decent views and with the typical Dubai weather it's a great location for a break in the sun.

        We had such a great experience. The staff is incredible, so nice and so sweet to our kids. You were perfect. We loved the food. The rooms were clean. We had a room that might need a little update. Some damage on the floor and walls, a rubber strip at the window that was a bit loose. Minor stuff, did not affect the stay for us but would have made it a 10

        I'm very pleased with the hotel. The food here is very good, the staff is friendly, there is great live music and I would like to clarify an important detail: I have a friend named Abadul who works here as housekeeping staff. I want to say that he is the most ideal employee I have ever met and I am glad that I met a person like him. EVERYTHING IS VERY COOL!!!

        The resort is consistently exceeeding my expectations! Steakhouse is superb in service with Katherine attending to us she did not only introduced the dishes but made smart suggestions as well, and took time to take last minute requests! Such an asset to any fine dining restaurant. Will come back to this outlet and hoping to meet bubbly and service -oriented attendant. Food is amazing! And clearly exceptional!
