Our visit in the hotel was really great! The room was quite big and the bathroom really spacious (I would like to say thank you for fulfillment of our "wish" for a bathtub). Breakfast was quite good but it was a bit crowded. I really enjoyed black bread and herring but unfortunately scrambled eggs were not so good. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful!

Perfect location for a trip to Riga. Everything was in walking distance, the included breakfast was good at Two More Beers next door, rooms were well decorated and clean, and service was good. No complaints.

We booked this place after our flight was cancelled and needed somewhere short notice. We had stayed in a total dive before here so were thrilled to find the rooms lovely and clean, nice, modern with a stocked (non-extortionate) minibar. They provide flip flops, shower caps, shampoo's, 2 pillows, climate control and curtains that block out light, the bed is comfy, a working tv, teas and coffees and the location is bang in the center of Riga. I would highly recommend this place.

Room was lovely, modern spacious and clean. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. Let down by the horrendous check in and check out - waited almost an hour to check in and half hour to check out. Reception team need better training and more staff at peak times. The breakfast could also do with improvements, especially the coffee - the machines were constantly breaking!

Location was brilliant, right in the centre and walking distance to everything. The hotel is fantastic, very clean and bright and newly renovated. Breakfast was great too, with a good variety of food offerings plus English tea and of course a few coffee machines

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
