I can’t explain how beautiful and amazing this hotel and the staff was. It was me and my partners first time in Marrakech and we booked the whole trip last minute. We came to this riyad not expecting how beautiful it really was. We got the king suite and the pictures online don’t do it justice. It’s much better in person!! We felt like royalty and it comes with the most amazing bath I’ve ever seen. The rooms are extremely clean and perfect. The hotel has an amazing restaurant, I think it’s in the top 10 best restaurants in Marrakech. The service like i mentioned before is AMAZING. I can’t thank the staff enough for being so polite and having attention to detail with everything. They were so helpful when it came to recommendations and taxi service. I got sick on one of my last days and they went above and beyond to make me some tea, rice soup and even went to buy me medicine. I can’t thank them enough. I would DEFINITELY be coming back and recommend this hotel to everyone back home. Thank you so much for this experience!!!

My recent trip to Marrakech was not as enjoyable as expected. I came for a work purpose and the organization of it was a total mess, making me feel insecure and unsafe in a country I didn’t know. Arriving at this Ryiad in the middle of my stay was a life saving. The call of the place, the staff always nice and competent, helped me without knowing it through this difficult moment. I will probably come back to Marrakech in the future, to try and have a better experience of the city, and Riad Am Moussika will be allowed to claim it’s thanks to them. Thank you.

A simply wonderful place! The Riad itself including our room are so beautiful - so even if you are not staying in the hotel, visit the restaurant Pepenero in order to catch a little bit of the atmosphere. Besides this 1001 night dream, the service is really really good. They make everything possible and pay so much attention to the details. I would recommend this place anytime!

Beautiful Riad, outstanding service! The place itself is absolutely stunning and the staff could not have been nicer. The manager, Hassan went above and beyond to make my stay an unforgettable experience. I had two minor issues and he rectified them almost immediately. The restaurant is incredible, the quality of the food and even the portions were second to none. Definitely recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed!

Amazing place. By the heart of the Medina. The azrak suit is one of the best room I ever had. ,The staff is really good and kind. They have an inner hammam.try it its really amazing one. Next time I will reserve it again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
