This hotel is definitely a new find for me - being for four times in Manila, it was the first time to stumble at it. Interesting- it was not easy to find in the booking platforms - seems not well advertised. Hotel amenities are great - rooms, public areas, gym, rooftop swimming pool with a great view to the bay, sauna etc. Downsides - slow service and not very well organized sometimes, especially reception. The tube of the shower was broken. Restaurants close early and lack of personnel. Breakfast was relatively good - not a big choice, but good food and enough. The hotel is located next to Rizal park and 15 min walk to the historical Intramuros district. The parking lot is very convenient. Hint: look at deals in Trip or Booking. Hope that management will take a bit more attention at the front desk and the restaurants. No matter some of the described flaws I do recommend the place and I would personally come back.

What I loved about this hotel was the architecture and interiors as it is a restored building of the historic Manila Army and Navy Club. Other than that, hotel service and food was generally okay. Most of the best hotel furniture and interior design can be found in the hallways and lobby. The room we stayed in was decent save for the mismatched furniture. Room service was a bit slow when we asked for additional utensils and extra bedding. The breakfast buffet was not the best, but it wasn’t bad either. Staff was very accommodating and even put us in a private dining room since there was a convention going on at the same time in the main dining area. Our hotel stay was also very quiet and pleasant despite that there was a convention full of people at the time. Overall, the hotel is best enjoyed for its interiors and architecture whilst lounging at their outdoor patio with a drink. Beyond that, it's generally okay for staying a night or two but don't expect too much.

Great place to relax! This hotel will let you travel back in time - building was built during the American colonization, and they were able to restore the facade of the building with almost all the original details of the structure. Hotel services need a little improvement, though. But all in all, it was a fun stay to welcome 2024!

A very mixed experience. The rooms are reasonably clean and comfortable. The beds are comfortable but a bit hard for my liking. The staff are friendly and attentive. Things that weren’t good. The gym didn’t have air con making it very hard to workout. The pool was closed (a main reason why we booked it). The breakfast was not good. The hard boiled eggs weren’t cooked, the white was still liquid. Overall the building is grand but tired. Location is OK. I wouldn’t stay again.

5 minute walking to the Ocean Park Aquarium. 1 minute Walking distance to Rizal Park. 5 minute walk to Harbor View Restaurant, excellent seafood 🦞🍢. Hotel has been renovated and very modern facilities. Excellent, helpful , and cheerful staff. Bar and balcony allowed bay sunset, and skyline experience. 💥❤️.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
