Very nice hotel next to the beach, the bedrooms are very comfortable, the pool is perfect after a day's walk and the staff is very attentive. A special thanks to Anastasia, who has been very kind with us, it was a real pleasure to discuss with her ; and very helpful with her good advices on the different activities in our limited time. ευχαριστώ πολύ και γεια σου ! Fantastic Hotel. Staff were excellent very accommodating 🤩🤩 Hotel is perfectly positioned on the sea and close to everything 👌 The room was spacious with perfect views of the sea, especially from our jacuzzi 😎 Breakfast was excellent with lots of hot and cold choices. Fantastic Stay And Again The Staff Were All Brilliant 👏 Highly Recommended😎

We were part of a big group in santorini for a family wedding. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were basic but clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful. We had a fantastic holiday. Thankyou rk beach especially Alex and Stellios. Would definitely recommend.

Stinky towels and uncomfortable beds. Had to pull our luggage from main road to the beach road which takes 10 minutes to reach this place. Your keys to the room are actual keys like we are in 1975 and same goes for the safe. Pool is nice staff is nice but rooms are basic and just EWWW no water pressure at all from the shower head. Horrible!!!! Will not ever be staying here in the future.

I afraid my experience of this hotel was terrible. The first room I was given had little privacy as the room was close to the entrance of the hotel and the pool. This and the awful smell in the bathroom and a shower that fails any level of hygiene - see photo. The second room was marginally better however it still had a bad smell and lack of privacy. I had to use the light on my phone to get in and out of the room as the lights in hallway didn't work. For some strange reason the TVs are mounted 2 metres up the wall with no tilt so watching in bed is difficult - see photo. In the morning I was unable to have a shower as there was no hot water. The safe was broken as was balcony door catches as I found out in the morning with the doors open. The breakfast buffet quality was not great as others have mentioned. I moved to a 3 star nearby and there was no comparison. Under no circumstances could this hotel be described as a 4 star.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
