Do not believe the pics. For a rate of 3,388/night it's unfair. 1. It's difficult to locate the place especially when it gets dark. 2. The rooms are motel-like. 3. Inadequate sheets to accommodate pax. 4. They charge 100pesos per kilo for using their cooking facility. 5. They do not respond to messages prior to check-in. 6. Their reception needs to speak a little more instead of just nodding. They also need to add a tiny smile on their face. When we arrived this was their statement "Agoda?" Then nothing. Handed us the keys without any instruction so I had to probe. 7. Their location is a deadspot. They said that they have wifi so nothing to worry about, when we reached our rooms and connected to their wifi, a simple internet browsing is impossible. So we ended up looking for another hotel to accommodate us. 8. I almost forgot, those were small sized fleece not towels. No toiletries. Exhaust fan in the washroom are not working. 9. Stray cats at dogs are everywhere. The trash bins outside the rooms were ransacked every single morning. The reviews and ratings shown online look suspicious to me because they make the place like it is competitive but IT'S NOT. So if you are considering booking this place, check it again. Especially their social media places where you will notice that they are not responsive.

HONEST REVIEW! Location is good near beach front walking distance. And near the police station safe to go outside at night. But our room is overrated underwhelming not as advertised in google images very dull like a motel. Sheets are not clean. The room gives off short time motel vibes. At a room rate at 2000php per night we feel cheated and taken advantage.. Will not book with this resort again

The location is great but the room service is fair. Unstable wifi and signal, no toiletries provided....water has a little smell.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
