We recently had our wedding here in October of 2023 and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the start, Serena was so easy to work with even with a time difference (we're in the US) and a language barrier. Her communication was excellent through all of our emails and she even worked to give us a virtual tour of the spaces since we wouldn't see it until our wedding day. When we came a few days before our wedding to taste our menu and try the wines for the day, the entire restaurant staff was amazing. They allowed us to make some changes to the dishes to better suite our tastes. We also walked through our spaces with Serena to do any last minute layout adjustments which helped us feel so at ease with everything being taken care of for our big day. When the wedding day came, everything went off without a hitch. Each space was set up perfectly, the flowers (ordered through Sebastian Flowers which is located off the lobby of the hotel) were gorgeous and wait staff was so attentive to us and our guests. Serena and the rest of the staff made planning a destination wedding so easy on us and we couldn't be happier with our experience (and how absolutely gorgeous the courtyard spaces are!). We highly recommend the Hotel de Russie for any other couples planning their wedding!

We didn't sleep here so I cannot give any thoughts or comments regarding the rooms. We sat in their Strawinskij bar and had 2 cocktails. The service is okay and the cocktails are tasty. You get a little snack with cocktails which is great. The price is not reasonable since we sat here to have a peace after the hustle and bustle in the center if Rome and Vatican but there were some works going on their terrace so we could only hear a drill.

The nicest hotel in Rome. From the second you are greeted and during your entire stay, you feel important and taken care of. From the concierge, to the housekeeping and the restaurant staff, an incredible experience to kick off our Italy trip. Set the bar high. Housekeeping was on top of everything with the smallest touches you would not expect, but were attended to. Concierge being accommodating and polite for all needs. Davide at the restaurant holding the upmost professionalism and care of his staff. All around one of the most amazing hotels we have stayed at. Nothing but high regards. Amazing location too!

10/10 for all areas! Food, service, staff, rooms, etc were all up to par. The entire experience was excellent. You don’t even feel like you’re in a city while you are there! The staff makes you feel so very welcome & can’t wait for your return. Thank you Hotel De Russie! We will be back once again. Make sure you say hi to Mona & Lisa while you’re there :)

Such a wonderful place. The staff was incredibly professional and warm at the same time. The room were a good and the restaurant and bar just delightful. Perfect location, can walk to everything. Can't wait to come back!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
