Absolutely wonderful hotel! The room was gorgeous and service was excellent. The spa services were fully booked for the duration of our stay so if you’re hoping to use it consider booking in advance. Their location would be perfect except for one issue - the Botanical garden is apparently a haven for drug users after dark, which can make you a little uneasy coming and going from the hotel and can sometimes get noisy at night too (we heard random yelling nightly).

A magnificent base for exploring the fine City of Munich. Excellent facilities including swimming pool and spa. Food and drink choices are first class. Staff are really nice and helpful, and our room is really comfortable.

Impeccable attention of the General Manager. The food was great, amazing room view and cleanliness, the service was really nice. The architecture of the Hotel is very welcoming. Much appreciated the efforts from the entire Charles Team placed in making such a memorable experience at the Rocco Forte Munich !! Definitely worth the booking.

My wife and I had a wonderful opportunity to stay at the Charles last week on two separate occasions. We were accompanied by our two young daughters (aged 3 and 11 months) Our stay was exceptional. The rooms are large and spacious. The location is very quiet. All the staff were amazing with our two girls. Our oldest started to cry when we had to leave the hotel! We really enjoyed the close proximity to the old botanical garden, the historic old town and the central train station. Breakfast was great (both a La carts and buffet). We also enjoyed dinner at Sophia. We plan on returning. Such a fun trip and thank you to everyone at the Charles for the memories and hospitality!

We really enjoyed our stay. The panorama view from the room was great! The swimming pool is big, clean and well lit. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant Sophia’s were wonderful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
