The hotel is located in a great location. It is a few minutes walk to the night market and centre of old town, but still nice and quiet at night. The room was comfortable and had everything I needed. Breakfast was amazing too and you were always given a plate of fruit on top of what you ordered. What really makes the stay is the hosts. Their hospitality, friendliness and generosity went above and beyond. Always giving you much needed bottles of cold water, their to answer questions and help you with whatever you need. I even wanted a certain tea to take home and she went out and got it for me. They really made me feel at home. Can’t recommend enough!

The 3 nights at Rock View were the best in our 2 week visit to Vietnam. The hotel location is perfect, in a quiet area close to the old town (walk everywhere). The family provided the best hospitality to us and provided unlimited free water. The breakfast was very high quality and the owner helped organise tours and bikes for us. Sitting at the pool on the roof is a relaxing way to watch the river traffic. I would stay again.

This is a great budget hotel in Hanoi right near Old town and a black from the night market. The owners were very friendly and greeted us every time we came back with two bottles of water. Breakfast is huge free and endless! Two massive pages of fruit as a starter and then what you ordered after that. We had a room with windows and a balcony which I think is a must for a few dollars more.

Perfect location, close enough to all the action while being just far back enough to allow for driving, parking space and a peaceful night sleep. The breakfast is great, very big portion. They give you cold water each time you walk through reception. They have a great pool and rooftop area that is always open. I had the best stay here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
