        Decent property with access to the beach. The staff were friendly. They have all beach facing rooms so no matter which room you take you get the beach view. We paid premium price as it was around the new year. Overall a decent stay

        Perfect location for beach lovers as there is direct entry to the beach. Rooms are neat & clean. Hotel well maintained. Swiming pool is good 5 ft. Food is average. If you are vegetarian then you better eat outside.

        Worst hotel in my Entire Sri Lanka trip. This is 1st time we have waited for some attendent to attend us at reception no one was at reception for more than half an hour. Then after check in no staff to put luggage in rooms Dinner was really tasteless we asked for something spicy to eat and they have brought red chilly to eat . In breakfast we asked for hot milk and just waiting for around 20-25 mins for hot milk. No proper services no proper staff no one to ask for water also. Even rooms are dirty and towels were having holes in it. Lots of mosquitos in sitting area. Best thing about hotel its just near to beach and beach is fantastic . Just a small advice avoid this if you want pleasant stay. Staff behaviour was really Pathetic. They only want money.

        Wow the beach view is very nice. Food was balanced and can serve people from all culture. Rooms are clean. It's very near gor the price I paid.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
