Excellent room with a view of the street! The only thing is that the noises in the corridor and outside the window were very loud so I woke up a few times. We loved the coffee vending machine!

Do not stay here if you value your privacy or safety. While getting ready for bed, a stranger entered the room, thinking it was her room. Having someone breach your hotel privacy is unacceptable. Receptionist Carlos should be ashamed for not doing the most basic checks when assigning a key and room to a new guest. As soon as that happened, I packed and moved to another hotel. Unacceptable hotel conduct. Don't waste your money here.

The rooms were a little small but fine for 2 nights. It was easy to take a bus downtown. It stopped just over the road from the hotel. We were supposed to have free breakfast in a cafe over the road. But in the end we had to pay for it. We only got a piece of bread and jam. Had to pay for the coffe.

We had a very good stay here! Direct line to the airport, bus station very close, 3min walk to the metro station (it was not very close to the center, but very accessible). Nice rooms with balconies, cleaning everyday (tho they forgot to refill the toilet paper), nice staff, nice reception. A lot of shops and places to eat nearby, also the neighbourhood is very interesting.

Back to Madrid and of course I stayed in Roisa boutique,the location is perfect, close enough to the center to avoid the confusion that the center’s hotels offer. Professional staff and very helpful in everything you can need. Rooms very modern and the mattress very comfortable. Without doubt my favorite place to stay in Madrid.Highly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
