Amazing dinner and breakfast! The room was very comfortable and the place was very clean. Feels like home :) Had a great time at the onsen. The host was very accomodating and tried his best to fulfill all our changing needs. All in all, will go there again if I have another chance!

Both the bath and the food (taste) are satisfying. However, it would be nice if there was a fan in the changing room of the bath. The hearth in the dining area is very elegant and nice, but it's tough in the summer. There was no air conditioner or fan, so it was hot and I was sweating. Also, although there is an LCD TV in the room, it doesn't function as a normal TV. I was a little worried that I couldn't see the terrestrial digital broadcasts. I was surprised that even though I could watch YouTube and TVer, I couldn't watch terrestrial digital.

Accommodation limited to 3 groups per day Walking downhill from Ubako Station, soaking in the rain, I was surprised to see the entrance of a private house. There were 2 groups when we stayed, so we were able to spend a more relaxing time. At dinner, we have skewered fish placed next to the hearth. It was a very satisfying meal with a wide variety of boar hotpot, tempura, and simmered dishes. During that time, the host must have been preparing meals for other guests. Two sets of futons were laid out.It was the same in the morning.This was also surprising. The bathroom is bigger than I expected There is an indoor bath and an open-air bath. Can be reserved for private use with a signboard. On the way back, I walked downhill to the Ubako Onsen bus stop, which was also a nice day. Encounter Mt. Fuji in the snow

When I say that I feel like I've come back to my own home, I feel relaxed, as if I'm talking about this place♪ The simple food is perfect, and the open-air bath is so large that it's big enough for two people, so you can relax and gaze at the starry sky for hours.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
