        We found that the entrance to the property was in need of a clean up. The staff showed us an apartment that was dirty and unkempt. Did not appreciate that we were not happy with it. Showed another apartment not much better but having paid a lot of money with no possibility of a refund we didn’t see any choice but to take it. One bedroom door only half opened to the bed. The kitchen area needed cleaning. What crockery was there was chipped. The cutlery needed cleaning and was inadequate. The blinds in the bedroom could only be put up by getting on the bedside table. I would not recommend that anyone think that they are getting value for money. Found that the staff seemed to be in contempt of us . Most unhelpful when enquiring about anything. When asked on booking out would not organise a taxicab. I would not recommend anyone staying there

        Absolutely disgusting filthy rooms, and no care factor from staff. These are not serviced apartments, so little is provided, can't even wash the filthy dishes, nothing to wash them with. Nothing to sweep the floor yet you are expected to leave the place clean. Staff would not even ring a taxi. Do not stay here. Shame I can't post the photos I have of the 1 extremely well used scratched saucepan plus the very second hand furniture

        Room is fine, the dishes that were in the room were dirty. The worst part is the service of those hotel. We were told that we can could check in at 3, and after a long day of travel all we wanted to do was relax a little. Instead we were told we couldn't check in because our room wasn't ready. When it was an hour later, the condescending lady at the front desk sent us to the wrong room. Later in the evening, we were started when someone randomly entered our room. Turns out the front desk assigned another person our room and gave them our key. By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. It's not that hard to simply be better.

        The apartment was okay and clean. However, the furniture was quite old and we did not have any forks and very little dishes overall. You’d expect to be able to cook in a flat. The staff was miserable. They do not get it that before you leave you would like to have a confirmation that the room has been checked and you will get your deposit back. They think we should trust them. Well, following the same logic then they should not take any deposit and just trust everyone.

        We lived at Roland House Apartments for three months (Feb 2022 - May 2022) and had the worst experience of our life. The only good thing about this place was the location - it is close to the Gloucester Road and South Kensington tube stations. Otherwise there is just too many things wrong with this place! 1. The flat was furnished but the furniture and the cooking utensils were of substandard quality. I expected better quality for the price paid. The lamps were not working because there were no bulbs in the lamps! The water pressure in the shower was low and the water was not hot enough. There was also leakage in the room twice (I had to call reception to get it fixed). 2. The staff were very rude. They need some serious customer service training to learn how to talk to customers. 3. The rooms are accessed using the access card. The access card system stopped working for a few days so the door had to be opened by a staff member using the master key. This was a hassle. In the end, they asked me to move to another room! 4. I had cash in the room which got stolen. There was no forced entry into the room so it would have to be a staff member with access to the room. Apart from lodging a police complaint, I raised this with the building manager but he refused to investigate, help me gather evidence or take responsibility for what had happened. I could not move out due to the contract. 5. Fresh towels and linen are provided weekly. These did not arrive on time. When they were delivered, they had certain things missing. The pillow cases and the duvet were also torn many times. 6. The internet hardly ever worked so I wouldn't recommend relying on it. Overall, the customer service was terrible, the quality of the flat and the furniture was below average, and the place was not secure. I would suggest that you choose another place to stay! You'd rather travel a little longer than have your money stolen and bear rude staff!

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
