The best service at a hotel I’ve been, was beyond my expectation. Always there when needed. The receptionist is very sweet and patience, they drop us off and pick us up to places all it takes is just one call away. The breakfast is also delicious! Check out is at 12 and my flight is at 6 they said we were able to sit there until our flight time then their driver will take us there. 5 star ⭐️

Breakfast and food from the restaurant was pretty good, coffee strong and nice. Can be a bit noisy as it’s located near the cable car station and the kiss bridge if you’re a fussy sleeper. We were provided a free ticket for the cable car ride and water park which was awesome. The surrounding is romantic and nice but empty during day time. The manager is attentive and friendly. Overall, enjoyed our stay. The remote control for the tv doesn’t work properly by the way, I think it needs some adjustment. Oh, the bed is super comfy

Lovely hotel with a staff that will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best. Rooms are gorgeous, modern and clean. We reserved a sea view room and we couldn’t have been happier with it. But the best this place has is their lovely staff, they are golden. One thing to keep in mind is that there is a live light show nearby every other evening, and some might find the noise a bit too much. At least it finish early and with fireworks so there is that.

We had the most amazing time at Roma Hotel. This was the best service we have received in our time in Vietnam by far! The staff are so kind and helpful from the minut you walk in! The hotel is so beautiful and the rooms are stunning - I really recommend this hotel if going to Phu Quoc! The town, in which the hotel is located is amazing, a total must-see gem and you can easily get around the island from there as well. The hotel offers a spa, shuttle service, motorbike rental and tickets to the amazing illumination-light-show “kissing the stars”, which I really recommend too! We loved it so much here and I hope you will too!

Had a wonderful stay here facing beautiful ocean. Staffs are courteous and professional. Free ride from airport to hotel and back. Free electric car service to go anywhere near distance. Definitely will come back again. Highly recommended❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
