We stay 6 nights in this guesthouse and we cannot find words good enough to describe it. Everything there was great- very nice room, perfect location, awesome hosts... If you planning trip to Rome, this is the place you want to stay.

We stayed in the Deluxe Apartment. It was very spacious, well kept, tidy and modern! There is also adequate security, and since travelling with a small child I had peace of mind! Martina and Emanuele are both very friendly and helpful. We were able to walk to all major tourists attractions from the apartment and it's very close to the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain! Colosseum and Vatican city are are between a 20 - 30 minutes walk. It was also August so very hot but, the aircon worked wonderfully and also we had no mosquitos (which I read could be an issue visiting Rome in summer). I would stay in the apartment again and will recommend the apartment to friends and family. It's a great option if you have kids travelling with you! There's also a big walk in closet type room that we could pack our things in, we always had warm water for the showers , and we had a fridge and dishwasher too! Around the apartment are lots of shops for groceries, restaurants and there is a great Gelato place with 150 different flavours as you walk out the door! Only downside was the wifi was not working for us unfortunately, but the hosts queried it and it seemed to be an issue on the service providers side. They did give is an alternative option if we needed to use wifi urgently.

Great value for the money ! The hotel is 10 mins or less walking from the the main station. Also in 15 - 20 mins walking you can reach the Colosseum and the center. Place is a nice renovated old flat which is nicely done, and taken care of. Area might not be the best for some but it was fine for me and didn't feel unsafe or so. One thing to be aware of..it is not a hotel with a reception, yet there is some one there, bit better to call and check with them when you arrive exactly so someone would be there to hand you the keys. Simply, nice place for what you pay for, clean, cosy and walking distance to main places.

🤩Very cute Boutique hotel/rooms! Clean and modern, pictures are pretty accurate! It’s right in the center of everything, and just around the corner is the pantheon. You would think that It will be loud at night, but not really, usually all the tourists are back in their rooms by that time. 20mins walking from Castel San’ Angelo and 10 mins to Vatican City from the Castel. The hosts are very welcoming and polite, young and beautiful 😍. When I come back to Rome I’ll try to stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
