What a beautiful hotel! The employees who work here are so attentive and welcoming. The restaurant is great, the rooms are clean and it’s in an outstanding location. I’ve traveled to four continents and countless countries and this is one of the best properties I’ve stayed at, book if you’re in Istanbul.

We stayed in this hotel on August 2023. Right from the very beginning, everything was wonderful. We received a warm welcome and were offered tea and Turkish delight upon our arrival. We also received recommendations for places and activities we could enjoy in Istanbul. The staff was friendly, the rooms were very nice and clean. The SPA facilities (pool and sauna) were complimentary, but remember to bring your own head caps from your room; otherwise, you'll need to purchase them. The breakfast was pleasant, although there wasn't an extensive selection, it was still very good. The hotel is definitely on the higher end of the price range, but it's worth it. The location is perfect for tourists as it's centrally located and close to main attractions.

Wellness Room: The wellness room was a serene haven, perfectly marrying luxury and tranquility. We stayed at Romance Istanbul hotel for 3 nights in Dec 2023 and had an amazing time. The location of the hotel is perfect, a couple minutes from the tram station and 7-8 mins walking from major Sultanahmet attractions like the Aya Sofya mosque and so on. The rooms are cozy and beautifully decorated, it has a charming, antique vibe to it. Everything was exceptionally clean and housekeeping did a great job every day even when we left a mess. We also tried room service which I usually don't do but did as we were super tired and their food was truly amazing. Especially the manti (turkish ravioli)! They also provided great service, with recommendations, airport transfers and even helping us with translations for communicating with our hotel in pammukale. We would absolutely stay there again and recommend to our friends and family!

Romance Hotel is an absolutely outstanding boutique hotel next to everything good in Istanbul. 10 mins walk from Sofia Haggia, Blue Mosque and Grand Bazar. Amazing restaurants and river tours. Every single box you need to tick is ticked - outstanding staff who came out onto the street at 3am to help us in. Great breakfast, amazing family rooms with separate quarters for kids, and the beds are just super comfortable. If we’d have paid double for this hotel it would still be too cheap. It’s just amazing and we’d just arrived from a Fairmont hotel at another city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
