More like rooms inside a flat in a building ! Kind and helpful staff and owner. Loved and enjoyed a lot the kitchen and especially the coffee machine . And fancy,simple and effective way to check in and enter the flat without meeting any staff. Good location! 211€ for 3nights with private bathroom and breakfast 1 star not given was for the bathroom that was leaking water while taking shower and the other star not given is the unnecessary noise allowed even during midnight and early mornings from 12am until 5am by the next room guest that made it impossible for us to sleep throughout our stay. You could hear everything from the next room. Maybe some rules can be written out from when till when unnecessary noises are not allowed!

I'm a bit torn here but i think you should get all the facts. The pictures and reviews are amazing but on closer look, it's less great. Let's start with the good: our stay was relatively inexpensive and the location is great. The sound insulation towards the street is great and the person on site is very friendly. On the other hand, the walls are paper thin and you're at the mercy of your room neighbors. You'll hear them snore and talk quite clearly (even earplugs didn't cancel all the noise). The quality of everything is not amazing but you can see that someone is doing and effort here. For example, there were some holes in the sheets, but maybe that's also because of the price you pay. The bathroom (external but private) didn't have any ventilation and got really warm and humid and there was mold in the shower. I think it is important to know what you sign up for to not get disappointed and if this does not discourage you, then you might have a good stay here.

Giving credit where it’s deserved. I didn’t know what to expect when arriving to Rome, but I was pleasantly surprised at how accommodating Lisitha and Gianni were. This place is very central for Coliseum, easy tram access if you’d like to go anywhere else. I was moving around quite easy. This place was extremely clean and had such a homey feel, which is what I needed after traveling around so much. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore the city, or just stay in and rest for the day as the rooms have a lot of natural light coming in and a nice TV if you have been traveling a lot and need to chill. Thank you for an amazing stay. 🙂

Gianni is the kindest, most genuine and accommodating host. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we wanted and our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was beautiful and had loads of facilities and it was always cleaned to such a wonderful standard. In addition, the location was perfect as it was a very short metro ride away from all tourist attractions and was so easy to use. Gianni is so friendly and recommended how we should do everything, places to see, how to get there, etc. Our stay at RomAntic Dreams really was the cherry on top of our time in Rome and we couldn't be happier with it.

Gianni is a wonderful host. Very clean and accessible rooms close to all the action. I recommend this B&B to any visitor wanting to get a comfortable and clean stay in Rome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
