Amazing place to stay. No complaints at all, perfect location with free shuttle to the city, very clean rooms and amazing service from hotel manager and staff! The breakfast in the mornings was very good, wholesome environment and overall would stay here again For sure! Highly recommend

I don't know where to start. We stopped at RR for one week of our honeymoon and we had the most perfect stay. The Shakespeare suite was fantastic with views over the bay and Vesuvius. Having dinner on the terrace of an evening was lovely and the food and cocktails were delicious. Use of the jacuzzi was great and we were delivered cocktails and crisps on my birthday which was great. Also presented with a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. Excursion and massage booked through antontella was seamless, she couldn't do enough for us. Nothing was too much of a problem. Guiseppe's service was also second to none. Transfers into town were handy. I hope to return one day!

The hotel is absolutely amazing, you feel welcome and relaxed from the moment of arrival. Stunning views with a rooftop terrace to have dinner on , the food has been beautiful. The room was super clean and had a stunning view of the bay of Napoli. I would absolutely recommend and I would definitely stay here again when I'm next travelling to Sorrento.

Romantic Relais was a perfect location to stay at with my girlfriend. The staff were absolutely amazing, Antonella & Giuseppe were so welcoming and kind. Breakfast was included and was absolutely lovely! Rooms were cleaned daily and excursions were recommended by the team! They offer free shuttle services down to Sorrento (usually would cost you €30) but only come at scheduled times (when requested). Would definitely come here again! Absolutely beautiful. Thank you.

We loved staying at RR! Every detail was thoughtful. We felt relaxed and taken care of, the rooms were beautiful and clean, the food was outstanding! We didn't want to leave! I can't say enough about this!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
