We did not choose this hotel. We were switched from the Trevi collection hotel. The room was fine. Air could not go low enough for us to sleep and the bed and pillows felt like we were in a barracks. Bathroom amenities were fine and the front desk staff was very helpful and accommodating.

Avoid this hotel! We traveled to Rome for our honeymoon. Upon checkin, we were told there is a problem because the guests before us had a flight cancelation so they are staying longer, therefore, WE needed to be relocated to another hotel for ONE night, then we would be placed in our reserved room. This completely ruined our prearranged plans the following morning to travel outside of Rome to visit another city, requiring us to catch a train early. We explained this does not work for us but were told that was the only solution possible. WHY would the flight cancelled guests not be relocated instead, clearly they had no plans and were already packed and could be easily moved. BUT NO, we had to be inconvenienced and needed to rearrange our next day plans. The staff did not care and forced us to stay at another hotel they owned, semi-nearby. Additionally, the bed at Rome Art hotel was horrible. More like a boxspring, then a bed. This is not good when you are walking about 10miles a day to see all the sights. The shower head was broken and the seal on the shower wall leaked water all over the bathroom. The rooms are small. Location is central and close to many sites, which we thouggt was a good thing, but boy were we wrong! You are engulfed in the middle of all the site seeing crowds, street hustlers and bad tasting/service restaurants. Definitely not a 4star hotel as claimed to be. Maybe 2.5stars, at best. I will never recommend this hotel to others, nor would I ever stay there again. Avoid!!!

Lovely twin room overlooking the roads & lights.no noise, lovely 1920s 1930 lift.Room cleaned daily,safe available.Towels changed daily..24/7 reception.Bang in the middle location is next to none.Will stay & highly recommend to friends & others to do like wise.Breakfast was good.wide range of food,drinks available.some hot

Lack of human approach for customer specific situations. Hotel with disproportionate cancellation conditions. certainly I reserved without cancellation option : three hotel nights for the not inconsiderable price of more than 400 euros. the cancellation (due to medical disabled reasons), far from being equal to the cost assumed by the hotel (they informed about this conditions in advance, of course, and if you accept this disproportionate cancellation you get a better price) is the total amount of all the nights. They offered me also the right to change the person of the reservation, it has to be say. An unuseful, not balanced, and not proportional solution ínstead of charging the borne costs of the hotel ir one night,etc. Morever this terms and conditions, and penalties are not applicable in the same terms in case of cancellation by the hotel, and nos they can for sure charge the same 3 night to other customer. Great deal for the hotel, that for sure they will not confirm that same cancellation conditions are applicable for the hotel in case of cancellation from their side( and this Shall be considered from the consumers perspective).

Fabulous hotel, it ticked every box, beautiful, clean room, great choice of breakfast and the perfect location. The staff were amazing and so helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel and I am extremely fussy x

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
