        This hotel is perfect for a getaway trip to Rome both outside of all the tourist traps but super close to walk everywhere! We actually had two stays here and would both recommend to our friends and family but will also be staying there again on our next trip to Rome The 6th floor breakfast offers stunning views but it’s the staff and the incredible service that makes this the place you want to stay at. The concierge Marcos was truly a life saver for us on multiple occasions with special notes for the Vatican tour he arranged on short notice as well as the restaurant recommendations he made for us. We so loved this place and the staff. The rooms are what you would expect with comfortable mattresses and pillows. But the real star here is the location and the staff.

        The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are nicely decorated. The view from the rooftop is enchanting. Breakfast offers diverse options, and the coffee is very tasty. The staff is friendly, but it seems they are not sufficiently trained, as there is a lack of communication between departments. For example, the breakfast staff was not informed about the breakfast fee we needed to pay, and we had to wait for the lady in charge of breakfast to communicate with the reception on the matter, which made us feel uncomfortable. This could have been handled in a much subtler way. Also, it seems that the two girls who are new at the reception don't get enough space to learn new things since when they start working on something, they are usually replaced by an older colleague without a real need for it. However, the girl named Hannah at the reception was very kind and accommodating, and I believe with quality training and practice, she could be great in this industry, not to mention her "Marriott smile" that reflected a warm welcome.

        A wonderful stay whilst in Rome for my boyfriend and I! We were pleasantly greeted at check in by the front desk staff and the service through our stay by everyone was exceedingly lovely. A special mention must go to Kevin from Columbia - wherever he was working he always greeted us with a smile and efficient service. He is an asset to the hotel! The rooftop bar is a must for sunset or late night drinks. The gym is very usable and has a free water bottle refill station. We had a slight issue with our room, but were pleasantly moved to another one with an upgrade. Overall a very lovely stay. Would come again! Thank you!

        Very disappointed!!! The location is great but the rooms and the service are very disappointing. It is an older building that needs R&M and a lot of TLC. Definitely not a Marriott standard. One has to call the reception multiple times to get some attention, very slow and inefficient. The air conditioning is very poor. We were there for two nights. The first night (32 degrees), we had no air conditioning in our room and had to spend a sleepless night. The thermostat shows no reading (no numeral), just green lights. Upon constant complaining we were moved to a different room the next day at 11pm. After a tiring day there is nothing worst to come to your room and wait to be moved at 11pm. DO THEY CARE? Absolutely NOT!!! What they called “repairs” to the air-condition were clearly not effective. They need to invest in some major R&Ms. The new room had the same issues with the ducts. Other guests we spoke to had exactly the same problems. One of the guests suggested that they should give a fan to every room, a very valid suggestion. What we understood is the air conditioning is controlled from the back end and the air vents/ducts are not effective. Our conclusion as gold members when it comes to Marriott Bonvoy is that North American standards are very different from the European standards. This includes customer service and how they cater to urgency. The managers are not communicating and the leader is never available. Sad, but this is not the hotel that we will recommend to our family or friends. Definitely can’t relate this to our other Marriott experiences. This has been the worst so far.

        I’m sitting in the lobby of this beautiful and perfectly located hotel. I chose this because of the location and the incredible reviews about the service. And everyone here has been great except, the one guy who told me I had to pay an entire additional stay after I’d already paid for the stay in advance. We are Bonvoy members and we were confirmed for 4pm multiple times for check out. Yet this same clerk tried to change that too. Some people shouldn’t be in hospitality and he definitely impacted our otherwise lovely experience.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
