We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is located in a quiet area but still fairly close to the center. It's easy to get to the city center from here as there are several public transport stops nearby. We had a very nice room with a balcony and a stunning view of the city. The only thing we didn't like was the rather strong smell of damp in the room. But when we started to leave the windows open for ventilation, the situation got better. The hotel staff is super nice, the breakfasts were very tasty, and the deposit of 100 euros was returned to our bank account almost immediately after the checkout. I also asked the hotel staff in advance to organize some small surprise for my boyfriend, who had a birthday on the day we checked in, and they bought balloons that said "Happy Birthday" and put them on our bed. My boyfriend was very touched, so the surprise was a success. Thanks for that, too! We will recommend the hotel to friends and would love to come back again.

Really nice and convenient. Clean rooms and nice breakfast. The price it's pretty good as well...maybe it's not that close to the main attractions but it's worth the stay. The staff is really nice and professional, during the check-in they ask for 100€ deposit that was given back after our check-out.

We really loved our place in Budapest – the Rooftop City Residence. The rooms are excellent – we woke up to Novembers sunshine and watched the birds fly over the rooftops. The service is great – and the whole team seems to enjoy to take care of their customers. It's a personal place – not like any of the big Hotels with a little of that anonymous vibe!

Pros: The breakfast was exceptional.The lady and the two young guys who work in the kitchen are super friendly and very careful to details.Nothing went out of availability because they did refills instantly.Everything was spotless and the food and the diversity is awesome.I had breakfast on this level only in a 5 star hotel.They have juice machine,premium machine for coffee,toaster etc. The booking & check-in process is a bit sophisticated (codes,apps,links,online forms) because all of terms and booking steps are presented upfront. This is a normal thing. Some people in the reviews were annoyed by the collateral damage deposit,but in countries like Hungary,Czech Republic, Slovakia etc I've always payed and it was returned in a couple of days after. I like the places with some rules in place. They cannot offer such great services without these terms and procedures. I had a parking spot in the underground.The whole place is accessible with proximity cards via elevator including the parking lot The accommodation is really secure,clean and comfortable.The ladies and guys that work on reception are super friendly also. Cons: Nothing to complain from my side.Reading the reviews before booking I had some doubts but they vanished in the moment I've checked in.This is a professional managed location that is fair,clean,comfortable,with a delicious breakfast and very safe.They deliver what they promise! Thank you and we promise that we will be back.

Amazing place at the right price! Close to Puskas Stadium, Budapest Arena and public transport! Very quiet, situated in a good part of Budapest. Great view from the rooftop, you have all you need in your room and the people at the reception are very friendly! Also easy access to the accomodation. I highly recommend it!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
