We stayed four nights and really enjoyed everything. The breakfast 🍳 has an extra cost of -15 euro per person but it’s totally worth it as it was so good that we had a late breakfast ( it’s offered until 12:00pm!! So cool) and skipped lunch! We also took advantage of the gym, the yard and the bar where we could work from. The staff is extremely kind and always smiling and willing to help. Now the room. Beautiful, clean, ( they clean it twice a day and always leave a nice handwritten note). The bed is huge and super comfy. The linens, 100 % cotton. The bath essentials very good quality and bio friendly. We also had a room with a balcony. The mini bar and honesty bar products are somehow expensive as you can get the same staff half price from the shop just across the entrance. The location - amazing! Everything is walking distance and the district is super safe.

What a fabulous find! Booked through Jet2 holidays and so pleased with my choice as a surprise birthday break for my wife. The location is great, up a little cobbled road and minutes from several restaurants and cafe bars and a short walk to the town or the hop on hop off bus. The staff on arrival were fantastic and I have to mention Annalisa and Agnese who seemed to be on the front desk always, always smiling, always happy and always helpful. The hotel is stunning and I had to put in so many pictures to give an idea of it, the corridors, the lounge, the courtyard, the breakfast room, everywhere was gorgeous. Breakfast runs until 12 midday, how civilised is that! The room was perfect and the super comfy bed was huge, the bathroom was beautiful and the minibar was tempting, too tempting. Little cards from the staff just gave the room that extra touch. This was for a big birthday celebration and I would do exactly the same if I had to do it again. Thank you Room Mate Filippo for a wonderful stay and I look forward to visiting again.

Just had the best time at this hotel, so I came back for few extra days. Rooms are modern, clean, the balcony is amazing and the staff super super welcoming and friendly. Best stay in Italy so far! Not a single thing went wrong here. :)

Relatively new hotel that exceeded my expectations. It does all of the things that really matter (well equipped rooms, little to no noise, very good breakfast) very well. Terrific location on a very quiet street!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
