It was hidden gem for us to find such hotel as Room Mate Oscar. It was very good rooms and service. Really like location - in the center of everything. Also the breakfast had a lot of options that everyone can find something to eat. It also have rooftop bar, but we can’t really use it cause it was cold weather during our stay. Would like to recommend it!

The friendliest staff you'll ever encounter in a hotel. Pleasant, curious, and eager to help. The housekeeping staff is very attentive to details and accommodating to your schedule. Even when we left our room late in the afternoon, we returned to a clean, welcoming room. Rooftop bar is nice place to start your evening. Great room prices, too!

Dated, worn-out party property with obvious management focus on roof top bar revenue. Appalling lack of property upkeep for age of building, not in line with Roommate standards. Poor noise insulation in rooms. Undisclosed, intentional rooftop pool closure while outside temperatures exceed 30C. Roof top area closed to guests when bar is not open. Mediocre breakfast with terrible coffee. Totally not worth the extra fee. Architecturally, the building itself is appalling and does not fit into the existing square. How could this ever be permitted by the city?

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great amenities, amazing terrace. What else can one ask for? This hotel is simply fantastic! I would totally recommend it if you’re looking to stay in Chueca and trying to avoid issues with other places which do not offer guest support. Roommate Oscar is outstanding in guest service! Totally recommended!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
